India Nuclear Forum is an initiative created to promote nuclear energy in India and globally. The idea is to bring together individuals and businesses to collaborate and accelerate progress toward Net Zero.
With the passage of the SHANTI Bill, India’s nuclear energy sector is set for a transformational shift. As announced in the recent budget, India’s nuclear power capacity is targeted to reach 100 GW by 2047. This represents approximately Rs 25–35 lakh crores worth of nuclear energy business opportunities in India.
To realize this potential, a strong and integrated nuclear energy ecosystem is essential. India Nuclear Forum aims to create, foster, and sustain such an ecosystem to promote nuclear energy–related activities across the country. We provide platforms for discussion and invite all stakeholders in the nuclear energy sector to actively participate in India’s emerging nuclear growth story.
India Nuclear Forum strives to create a strong, cohesive Indian Nuclear Energy Ecosystem comprising of all stake holders including government agencies, regulatory and compliance bodies, different ministries of central and state governments,
nuclear technology providers (Gen-IV, SMR, MMR etc) including start-ups,
suppliers nuclear fuel cycle; EPC contractors and system integrators, Investors / finance companies,
nuclear power plant operators; equipment / system suppliers,
service providers and consultants; manufacturing companies; academic and R&D institutions,
skill development and training institutions,
International agencies; International agencies and associations and so on.
